Subsidy for 2026 Higher Education Sprout Project to NCKU Outstanding Doctoral Students

1. Based on Guidelines for Subsidies to NCKU Outstanding Doctoral Students
2. Eligibility:
(1) Seven-Year Integrated Bachelor and PhD Program: NT$ 200,000
(2) Eight-Year Integrated Bachelor, Master, and PhD Program: NT$ 100,000
(3) Throughout 2026, doctoral students within the first six semesters of study publishing a paper as the first author or corresponding author in a top-25% journal within their discipline: NT$ 6,000
3. Applications for this subsidy program are reviewed on a rolling basis. Applicants shall send the application form, along with submitted documents, to obtain approval from the affiliated department and college before submitting application to General Academic Affairs Division, Office of Academic Affairs by Oct. 23, 2026.
4. The funding required for this subsidy shall be covered by the Higher Education Sprout Project administered by Office of Academic Affairs. The actual subsidy items and amounts may be adjusted in accordance with the level of funding granted by the Ministry of Education for the given year. If the project is terminated and no related budget is available, the subsidy will be discontinued.
