Department of Nursing, College of Medicine

       Ten required doctoral courses are offered over four semesters. Some courses are sequential with prerequisites. One elective course taken in the second year of study is required and should reflect the student’s research interest. After the dissertation proposal is accepted, students work with their advisor and dissertation committee to conduct an original research study.
