114學年第1學期逕修讀博士學位申請即日起開放申請，符合資格並有意申請者，請於4月9日前備妥資料依順序排列合併為一檔（檔名：學號-姓名），繳交至護理系辦公室亦或是寄電子檔至 10402029@gs.ncku.edu.tw ，謝謝。

 一、本校學生申請逕修讀博士學位者應具下列資格：

(一)由原就讀或相關系、所、院、學位學程助理教授以上二人推薦，向擬就讀系、所、院、學位學程申請者。
(二)修讀學士學位應屆畢業生或碩士班修業滿一學期以上之研究生，修業期間成績符合擬就讀系、所、院、學位學程所訂成績優異之標準，並具有研究潛力者。

 二、審查資料包含：

1. 自傳、學經歷與進修計劃書
2. 研究計劃書
3. 學術著作
4. 成績單
5. 原就讀系所助理教授以上推薦函2封(於附件)
6. 英文能力證明(無者免附)

三、審查資料符合資格者預計將於五月進行面試。

The application for direct admission to the Ph.D. program for the 1st semester of the 114 academic year is now open. If you are eligible, please prepare the required documents and submit them in sequence in a PDF with file name as Student ID- Name to the Nursing Department office or via email to 10402029@gs.ncku.edu.tw by April 9. Thank you!

 ■ Eligibility for Master's students applying for direct admission to the Ph.D. program:

 (1) Those who are recommended for direct admission to doctoral programs by two professors from the original department, institute, college, or degree program.

(2) Undergraduate program students in the current graduating class or master’s program students who have completed their first semester of study, with academic grades and research potential satisfying the criteria of academic excellence designated by the intended department, institute, college, or degree program.

 ■ Required documents for review include:

 Autobiography, academic and professional background, and study plan

1. Research proposal
2. Academic publications
3. T transcripts
4. Two recommendation letters from assistant professors or above from the previous academic institution (see attached form)
5. Proof of English proficiency (if applicable)

 ■ Applicants whose application materials meet the requirements are expected to undergo interviews in May.
